Japan Model Railway Easter Egg in Austin Powers

I was watching Austin Powers (the first film) yesterday and I noticed something I had never noticed before: the train station on my Japanese layout is in the movie!

 

I have the Greenmax medium sized station :

Now look at the scene in Austin Powers where Robert Wagner is explaining the Virtucon business empire to Dr. Evil and you see it painted grey with another Greenmax structure!:

Me neither!  It had been about 15 years since the last time I watched that movie, pre-dating my getting into Japanese model railways so I hadn't noticed it before.

 

Maybe they had a Japanese train fan doing their sets!
