Walls & Embankments

When I was reading Bill's last post on his layout he mentioned he was going to be doing embankments and this is an area where I have yet decided on what to do. Here are 3 photos of two different areas I need to make walls.

The 1st is the black wall that needs to be covered.

 

And the over 2 photos are of a curved white wall from 2 different angles.

 

I found this company that makes separate stacking bricks in n scale (they only show HO)

or pre-made hyrocal walls in pieces that you can put together. I was even thinking of using sculpt-a-mold and just giviing the walls texture and paint in grey as if it were stone. Any thoughts:
