Krackel Hopper
hey all, I'm wondering if any of you have used the greenmax structure kits 24(local station)/801(local station economy kit) in your layouts? If so, do you have any pictures? Or have you seen pictures of this station used on a layout? It seems that for all my searching online (maybe I'm looking in the wrong places), the only picture I can find of this station is the stock photo from the box.. Link to comment
Fenway Park
Hi, The station building as shown on the box lid is for a ground level station with foot crossings to the platforms. This was quite common in rural areas in Japan. However you can build the building and mount it directly behind or on a platform as a normal station building. If you can access photos of Shin Izu (Try Mark Venemann's site) or past issue of Continental Modeller then you will see the building used in this way. Green Max rural platforms (16?) are designed to use the building in a ground level way. When Shin Izu was dismantled I managed to get the station building and there is no base. Hope this helps.
