Altas Skyscaper kits spotted!

I know a couple of folks here seem to have been interested in picking up some of the Atlas Skyscraper kits...without paying somewhat 'obscene' prices for them on eBay!  I was at North End Trains in Seattle yesterday, I saw that they have at least one each of the three types (maybe more, this is what was out on the shelves)....the sticker price on the box was $35.00.  Which seems pretty good.  Here's their website with some contact info:

They don't appear to have any online ordering, so I expect you'll have to call them to get the models.  I almost considered picking up another...but one of these was enough (I have mine already! :-) )
