marknewton
I've just been reading about the Hayabusa 2 asteroid probe. Amazing stuff! As a kid I was given an already old book about astronomy which was full of photogravure images of the moon and such like. But I never imagined that one day I could watch live images of a spacecraft landing on an asteroid in near-earth orbit! http://www.hayabusa2.jaxa.jp/en/ Cheers, Mark. 1 Link to comment
Takahama Trainwatcher
I have a lot of admiration for the tenacity of the engineers. So much can go wrong; we struggle with keeping model trains going. One overlooked issue with a space mission and it's often game over. Link to comment
