Not qualified to post a Wanted ad?

Is there an additional requirement beyond being registered on the forums, before I can post an ad in the Wanted forum? I don't see buttons there to start a topic.

right now the classifieds are limited to start topics until you have been a member for 30 days. At 30 days new members get some of the restrictions lifted. We are in the process of better defining the classified areas.
