YouTube member speedbird019 posted this interesting zenmen tenbou video of a trip on the old alignment of the San'in Main Line between Kameoka Station and the (old) Saga Station--the alignment now used by the Sagano Scenic Railway:

 

 

Taken probably in the latter half of 1987, you can see the construction work on the new alignment, especially the new location of Umahori Station and the approach to the old Saga Station (now Saga-Arashiyama Station).
