bill937ca
Tokyu will add a fee-based seat selection service "Q SEAT" on the Oimuri Line effective Friday, December 14. A orange wrapping will be applied to the third car. This car will be equipped to convert from a long seat to a cross seat. That is not new as Tokyu has long operated this type of car on the Tojo line on afternoon peak trips. Japanese language Traffic News item: https://trafficnews.jp/post/81802 1 Link to comment
