I love these long journeys. I watched a documentary about a train ride from Berlin to Beijing a few months ago, and can't get the idea out of my head. I've pitched the idea to the family for a vacation, but they're dead set against it. I'm going to keep working or them. Maybe the boy will be into it when he's a bit older. Otherwise, I'll just have to go do it by myself.
