KATO knuckles on Micro Ace freight

Hi all I’ve dusted of my stored Japanese N for 5 years and decided to at last look at constructing a layout not geographically specific but mostly JR West and Central with some JR east express units. All of my freight hauled stock are kato just my preference and same with the majority of my freight stock but i do have 2 sets of micro aces book sets one being the hoki 10000 cement cars and the Taki UBE tank cars each are 8 units. I much prefer the kato knuckle couplers to the vastly overscale Arnold varieties that micro ace use and ask for some advice as to, does anyone know if  or how to convert these to kato knuckles and the part number of the katos if require, if it’s not possible then guess I will have to run with the Arnold’s.
