Keisei's overheads are exploding!

Following intermittent outages during the week, the Keisei network has been shut down all day for inspections of catenary etc., as the typhoon on Sunday evidently lead to salt residue being dumped on the electrickery bits with attendant short circuits, cable fires etc.
