Tomix detail part number?

Does anyone know the proper name (or the part number) for the Tomix detailing component which fits around the body mount TN coupler (wedged between it and the floor)? Could do with a couple for stock which didn't include them but has space for the part. There seems to be one type with the OHaNeFus and a different one for KaNis. It represents power cabling and/or the mechanism to release the coupler.
