Can anyone identify this platform?

I've been trying to identify this platform without success 😟.

Kato ? Tomix/Tomytec ? Greenmax ? Or maybe just an old out of production item.

Folks, 

That tanker loading structure is really for rail tank wagons, it's too high for road tankers,  Usually there is a ramped platform to go with it so as to bring the road tankers up to a working height.

I've used two on an industrial module, one for rail, the other cut down for road.
