bill937ca
This minor feeder line would make a very interesting single track line either stand alone or part of a larger layout. There are single track viaducts, sleeply old stations half over grown with vegetation, numerous short tunnels and meets at an island platform station. The line ends at Sasebo Station meeting other JR Kyushu lines. This is the posters description of the video: "It is a short video to include in the shortest distance of station in Japanese railway(Not include tram,Naka Sasebo-Sasebo Chuo:200M) and the Kyushu oldest viaduct (Naka Sasebo - Sasebo). The state at Sasebo Station records it, too." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nishi-Ky%C5%ABsh%C5%AB_Line http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matsuura_Railway Link to comment

Mudkip Orange
Very interesting ex-JNR private line. The singletrack extends for quite a ways beyond the station where the video starts, to loop around the far western end of Kyushu... would definitely make an interesting modeling opportunity.
