Hokutosei DD51s in HO?

So, I acquired an EF510 in the Hokutosei livery and was hoping to convert it to DCC and run it with the appropriate train...then found out how they worked and that nobody around me will touch it to convert and that my soldering skills are...less than good. I know HO DD51s in Hokutosei/Cassiopia blue exist, but I can't find them unless they're ludicrously over priced. PlazaJapan on EBay has DD51s from Kato in HO, but only the standard red/silver livery. Their model is priced at approximately $110 USD and I was hoping to find the blue/silver livery for around the same price. Everything I've seen so far has been grossly over priced anywhere from 160 to almost 300 US dollars! And all but one of those was factory new, assembled. I found a Tomix Prestiege model, but I can't afford $400 dollars worth of DC locomotive. (Would have had myself Santa Fe #3751 from Broadway Limited by now if I could have).

Any thoughts?
