What is the meaning of Osaki Driving

On a couple of Kato web pages, I've seen them refer to floor layouts as Osaki Driving. Anyone know what they mean? Is this slang or a translation issue?

Looks like something mangled "お座敷運転" (o-zashiki unten) into "osaki...".

 

"お座敷運転"  means literally "driving while sitting on the (tatami) floor", i.e. operating a floor layout.
