Sacto1985
I just saw on NHK World that JR West Takatsuki Station has flooding from a burst water main. You can forget about train travel between Kyoto and Osaka on both JR West and Hankyu, though I'm not sure if Keihan trains, whose main line is south of the Yodo River, has been affected. JR 500系
Oh my... those railroad workers are tough! I hope everyone in Japan pulls through and stay safe... Meanwhile in Tohoku, another trouble brews and delays were in place... just a week ago the Shinkansen hit a man in the tunnel... This truly hasn't been a good time for JR companies... Link to comment
