Alex Nine Gauge Rice Field

Just for interest and comparison this is a rice field kit offered by Alex, which is a shop in Tokyo with a very large layout. I've never seen their products listed on any English language dealer. It covers 50mm x 50mm and is 10 mm deep.  There is a hedge around the field and a transparent top layer.

nice, but not cheap!

 

i wish that tomytec would do a line of small plants like rice, veggies, flowers that you could plant! there is the german company that makes a few flowers and i think veggies, but they aint cheap. keep thinking there is something at the craft stores that will give the desired shapes. i will keep cruising the isles...

I wish Tomytec would come out with a rice filed permed, not just ther rice.
