Kato N scale DE10 or other old kato loco wheelbases?

Hi 

 

I am trying to find out the wheelbase of the Kato N scale DE10 Co-Bo.  

 

 

Also interested if any older Kato N model - (pre DCC era) with the sleeved half axle design on the wheels - has a truck with a 16 to 17 mm wheelbase?  

 

 

This is for scratchbuilding and I'm keen on the locos that have the sleeved half axles which slide over a plastic integral axle/gear as these are able to be regauged (as I work in TT scale, not N.)
