As I perused the internet for ideas, the Ocean arrow was suggested because the potential of a driver's eye view and the excellent scenery. I did a quick look on hyperdia, but it looks like this actually requires a connections. Link to comment

Suica Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 The 283 series (Ocean Arrow) is used on Kuroshio 1, 13, 21 & 33, as well as 4, 16, 24 & 32. The green panorama car is located on the Shingu bound end of the train. I rode Kuroshio 1 in January and I can absolutely recommend it! The Scenery is amazing. 4 Link to comment
