katoftw
"crazy coffee lady" haha Unfortunately for Japanese commuters. Mental illness will put a strain on very tight timetables. For a region like mine where the train only run every 30 minutes. A situation like this will delay one train by 15 minutes, and after it has hit the terminus station and depart in the other direction, it probably is back on time. In Japan, where trains cannot be re-routed and runs every 4-6 minutes, There is nothing that can be done about the delays. Edited February 24, 2018 by katoftw Link to comment
