Kisha Seizo loco for Korea?

I recently bought a collection of B&W photos of steam locos from various countries. Included was this photo:

 

 

I don't recognise the logo on the tank, but based on photos I've seen elsewhere I'm fairly sure this was a 762mm gauge engine built for Korea - possibly the Chosen Railway?

Yes, probably one of five delivered to Chosen Railway in 1930, or a follow up of three units 5 years later.
