Is there anyone interested in JR intermodal?

 

I have been trying to locate koki 104's and 106 and no one has them. Is it that popular?

Tomix just released their KOKI 107, the successor to the 106. It is readily available.

Kato's KOKI 106 is a recent model and still generally available.

Tomix's KOKI 100/104/106 models come in and out of production, just keep an eye out.

 

Right now HS and Rainbow Ten have none of these models, but this is unusual. Just keep checking back about once a month, and you'll see one or the other model pop up.

You know I hit each one of those sites and they said that they are either on reservations for the next release or not available (Kato) so I left it as that. I also was told that the Tomix couplers did not match with the Kato couplers. I managed to find 4 Kato units but that's it. One of which was from Ace. I asked/emailed for more but he said he did not have anymore yet its on ebay. I was a little weary of the so I left it.

The only other one is on a site in the U.S( Newhall) but they want $69.95 for one + shipping that about $80.00 or so. If that's not gouging your eyes out!

 

I guess I have to wait tell next month.

Inobu: Kato, Tomix, and Micro Ace all use Rapido/Arnold couplers for their freight. You can totally couple Kato and Tomix KOKI together: I do it all the time!
