Does anyone known on wich Koki (whatever the manufacturer) these container can be load:

Yes! Those are domestic 20ft containers (as opposed to ISO maritime 20ft containers, which use a different locking system) and so can be carried most KOKI capable of carrying 12ft containers:

 

コキ5000-series: NO (designed for older 10ft container system)

コキ10000-series:

  コキ10000-0 NO

  コキ19000 YES    ( http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/国鉄コキ10000形貨車 )

コキ50000-series YES

  コキ250000 YES

  コキ350000 YES

コキ100-series YES

コキ200-series NO (specifically designed for 40ft and 20ft ISO containers (especially the very heavy 20ft tank containers))
