Green Max 4460 KuMoYa 90 - anyone have one?

I'm considering buying one of the above, but have a couple of questions that machine translation can't answer:

 

Can the lights be switched off at one or both ends?

 

Does it come with a clip on mount for a Rapido type coupler?

 

I have the dummy version which has no lights at one end and a Rapido mount at the same end (to which I've fitted a Kato tightlock coupler in order to run it with the rest of my EMU fleet). There's also a pack of two KuMoYa 145s in blue (power and dummy) which do have Rapidos and no lights on the inner ends, but it's over twice the price.
