Does anyone have an e-mail contact for Tomix?

The contact form on http://www.tomytec.co.jp/support/mail.html appears to be blocked.

Tomix is notorious for not responding to communications. I think ochanomizu is right best try Thru a shop. Nariichi goes to many of their dealer meetings.

In this case, the supplier (Amazon.co.jp) wanted me to contact Tomix (by phone!).

 

There is a link to a contact form for business contact in English on http://www.tomytec.co.jp/english/index.html . It's also blocked, but it worked through a Japanese proxy server and I got a reply within two days. :)

Well, it required some persistence, but in the end they were quite accommodating. I guess other retailers would have contacted Tomix directly, hence saving me quite a bit of time, but would not have been as accommodating.

I am more disappointed in Tomix/Tomytec's quality standards.
