Shinkansen 0 series

Was hoping to hear more about these 2 sets: Tomix 98929 and Microace A0259.  They both seem to cover the early Shinkansen 0 series, but I was looking to see what was different between the 2 sets.  If you have one or both sets some pictures would be nice too.

Both seem to be based on the original Series 0, 12 car, H2 formation.

The Tomix set has all wheel pickup with power conducting close couplers and lighted nose cones (just as the original). The Microace set seems to have conventional car ends that follow the prototype and slightly more traditional couplers, which leaves a bit of a gap between cars, especially on curves.
