A Keihin-Tohoku line E233-1000 stops on the Yamanote line platform.

Nothing unusual.  Happens from time to time sometimes for routine maintenance.

 

What's more unusual is simultaneous departure of two Keihin Tohoku trains from each side of the platform.

Not quite, but one Yamanote Line train overtaking another (seen from inside the one being overtaken, which has been diverted onto the Keihin-Tohoku tracks):
