bill937ca
I understand there is a difference in height between the existing Diotown streets and the height of the tram track (3mm versus 7mm if I recall correctly). I wonder if Kato may re-do the Diotown streets. Link to comment
to2leo
The plates are squares with the same type of joiners as existing road plates. I think Kato is becoming the Majo-kit of today. Link to comment

to2leo
Me too! I still have them. They are perfect for HO Scale. I have set 170, 175 and the postal set. They are very durable, I just love the snap on, snap off method that Majo-kit used. Link to comment
bill937ca
I am so happy to see Kato make track for trams in the street. Now that I am about to nstart building a small layout based on Kato Diotown station area and road plates, I wonder how I could work their tram tracks into those streets. By the way, does anybody have photos of the road plates in use on layouts? Large installations seem to be rare. I view these as expensive. I think this layout uses the Kato streets. http://cr-railway.web.infoseek.co.jp/india.html'>http://cr-railway.web.infoseek.co.jp/india.html Central Regional Railway home page: http://cr-railway.web.infoseek.co.jp/ Link to comment

Mudkip Orange
9975 is steep but it's cheaper than what Modemo is charging for their Tokyu models... Link to comment
