Doubt, if we'll see Kato coming out with these any time soon. Currently ran on the Blue & Brown Lines of the CTA, till September.

The shells are available from Shapeways (using Tomix motors) and the paint seems to be a simple vinyl wrap, which could be printed even at home onto self adhesive stickers.
