Anyone add DCC to Pre NEM651 fleischmann steam?

I'm looking for any tips/websites/tutorials? I've got a few I'd like to convert., but it looks like I get 1 attempt. Cut things away and probably not have the option to easily go back to analog, if I fail.

I install DCC on fleischmann pre-NEM651 steam locos, they works fine, dz126 or 125 from digirtax. check the http://www.mtkb.de/ and you can find diagrams how to install dcc
