walking in Japan - videos

A few years ago I posted a video by taoyakani (thread here http://www.jnsforum.com/community/topic/8522-a-snowy-afternoon-in-yanaka, YT channel here https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKe3QNobEpC7eOLwLDtpNOA ). Well, I've recently seen three other YT uploaders (possibly called "creators" these days) who are doing similar videos. In no particular order...

 

- NIPPON WANDERING TV (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIDTgYVs-rEHx-fE4qSPZhQ) - his videos are not railway-centric, at least in as much as anything (mostly) in Tokyo can not be railway-centric . The videos have been in 4K for about the last 6 months.

- JH1KSS (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNAKeZf7I_MbZH1K_BBAneg) - this uploader's videos do tend to be directly related to the railway, with many following JR East "hiking from the station" courses. I don't know much about this campaign, but I'm going to check into it and if i find anything interesting, I'll post about it separately. It doesn't seem to involve what I'd consider hiking, but it's nice to pick a station and have a walk around. I was doing this back in 2003, JRE can remit royalty payments to miyakoji@jnsforum thankyouverymuch.
