How do you make Cherry Blossom trees?

Does anyone know of a site that shows how to make cherry blossom trees.

I'm a lazy, lazy man and just buy the Tomytec ones which just requires Hobbytac glue. And because I'm so lazy, I contract the tree assembly out to my Gundam and Warhammer miniature making master, Brendan.
