What might this industry be?

So here are some screencaps from Wikimapia of an industrial facility near Yōson-Kōen Station on the Aizu Line, just wondering if anyone knows what this might be? I have no idea what those big grey piles might be, maybe gravel? Or something else? I'm thinking this could be a spot where I could exercise a bit of modeller's licence and have it be rail served?

Looks like a concrete facility ran by Tōbu Nama Concrete (東部生コンクリート株式会社).
