Mt Fuji Live Cam - Now with added timetables!

Hey all,

As some of you may know, there's a live cam of Mt Fuji here:

It's live-streaming on Youtube, so you can embed it anywhere. There's also a close-up of the road/rail!

Note that I'm still adjusting the timings... it's pretty hard to work out exactly when the train might pass the camera.

If only there were express passenger trains on this portion of the Tokaido Main Line.

Turns out there is an express passenger train!

Wide-View Fujikawa. Actually does a turn-around at Fuji Station.

 

Meanwhile, I've got the timings pretty damn correct now... so if you're ever in need of a meditation session, just check out the view, the birds, the weather and ... the trains.

Nice! I just checked it right now at 2:05 pm (GMT +8) and there is a huge traffic pile up on the right lane... Is there a season holiday today?
