Stumbled across this Youtube video by accident. Opinions may vary but there sure are some good looking trains in there.

Interesting. I would add the Odakyu MSE 60000.  That Meitetsu train is just a plain box to me.

I'd call some of them distinctive or some other adjective rather than beautiful but then beauty is in the eye of the beholder, give me a 485 in the old JNR Ltd Exp colours any day.  More comfortable to ride in too.

I find exactly one of the trains in that video really beautiful. Some of the others are even among the most ugliest from my perspective. :D
