New model out from DeAgostini, this time is a Japanese C57 class steam locomotive, in service from 1937 to 1975.

It's made of brass and steel and comes in a 12-part kit.

Impressive... this is close to gauge 1.

 

Let's hope they don't stop it after the first few issues due to lack of subscribers. Happened too often with various "collector's model series" in the past.

But it will most likely cost around £1000+ going by other part works. Not a great deal for a self built static model.
