bill937ca Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 (edited) Starting 25 March 2017 Seibu's new 40000 series rolling stock will be placed in service Weekday services will run between Tokorozawa and Toyosu via Seibu's Ikebukuro, and Tokyo Metro's Yurakucho line and be a limited frequency home liner type operation. Weekend and holiday trains will run between Seibu-Chichibu and Motomachi-Chukagai over the Fukutoshin and Toyoko lines and be more focused on tourist and casual traffic.
