Its a scene from the Prince Tokyo Kita-ku Hokutopia observation room bullet with cars, trucks, buses, cable car, Shinkansen, Arakawa Toden trams on the curving road to the right and JR East trains at Oji ekimae.  This is 30 minutes of action at 6X speed. Gsarakawa video.
