i can see this in a distant future archaeology dig with the scientist thinking they found a new Rosetta Stone to decipher the 21st century! I can just imagine the cave painting versions of this! A little potty humor always gives a smile...

Ethnologists seem to have a strong urge to explain anything by "some form of ritual". I wonder which story the tell their students about the inverted shower ritual the humans on a certain island had in the 21st century...  :confused5:

There has been a lot of 'international standardisation' going on in Japan. It's all in the light of the 2020 Olympics and the increase in tourist from abroad, but also because Japanese companies are looking for a broader market for their domestic products abroad.
