Bernard
Fenway - That is one of the best looking trams I've seen. Is it out for resale yet or did they announce a pre-order date? Link to comment
Fenway Park
No dates as yet keep an eye out on Hobby Search or if in Europe Japan Model Railways. December 2009 11,340 yen anticipated date etc. Introduced in 1955 as DEHA 200 and used on the Tokyu Tamagawa line. Nicknamed Caterpillar . Withdrawn in 1969 on closure of the line. Lightweight body shell weighing 22T. (Info from Modemo) 204 is preserved. Now how can I get away with one running on Kyushu? Link to comment
stevenh
Pictures of the real thing here: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/東急デハ200形電車 Those wheels/bogies are off-putting... I do hope they cover over the sides. Link to comment
cteno4
HW now has this for pre order for 7992yen, 26% off list! was just about to put in a pre-order on this with rainbow ten, then checked HW and bingo. always need to check HW for preorders as some are very good discounts (galaxy express 999 was 30% off list preorder!). only problem is it can be hard to find items (especially pre orders) with HW's screwie site http://www.hwjapan.com/sh/MOD2009072901.aspx the naked wheels look to be on the prototype from their pict of the real thing. cheers jeff Link to comment
