Kato Unitram tram stop

I just put together a Kato Unitram tram stop but have no idea how it attaches to the track.  Is there some sort of additional adapter I would need?

No. You can detach plastic pieces from Unitram plates after pulling out 2 screws if I remember well. You can see here some basic pictures about it:

If you turn over the medium straight track piece (124mm? The one which comes with the starter set) you will see a number of black screws underneath. Unscrew the series of screws nearest to the outer edge (ie the ones which would run along the outside of the outside rail on each side). A thin strip of plastic can then be detatched from the road surface, and the tram stop slots into that gap
