custom number plates

Japanese steam locomotives have number plates, but does anyone know where I can find them for sale in H0 scale?  Number/letter plates that are customizable are preferred, but I am willing to accept number plates that are restricted to the values c62 17, c62 18, or c62 48 to fill my shortage of number plates.
