A YouTube member recently posted this video of a trip on a 105 Series EMU from Fuchū all the way to Okayama:

 

 

Mind you, I'm not sure if I want to ride the 105 Series EMU at full speed on the San'yō Main Line, especially with the loud traction motors of the 105's.
