Socimi
http://edition.cnn.com/2016/09/29/us/new-jersey-hoboken-train-crash/index.html Involved an NJT Comet V train, it hit the bumper at Hoboken station. Story still developing. I guess brake fault. Edited September 29, 2016 by DavideTreni Link to comment
cteno4
Sounds like it also went thru the wall into a terminal area. 1 dead, three were reported but sounded like they backed off that, but still were looking thru wreckage. Jeff Link to comment

Let's hope that there won't be more dead. Link to comment

Suica
There goes a historic train headhouse. Very sad. The damage to the head house itself doesn't look so bad. But even so, buildings can be rebuilt. The dead won't come back. Let's hope that there won't be more dead. This 1 Link to comment
bill937ca
It could have been worse. Because it was morning most people were on the train rather than in the stub end train shed. This was a push-pull diesel powered train of an older design. The engineer is co-operating but in critical condition. Edited September 29, 2016 by bill937ca Link to comment
