kvp
Didn't hear about the Desiro HC sets, it seems that they are designed as single decker driving motors sandwitching doule decker trailers, kintetsu style. The numbers in the article doesn't add up though as the number of sets and cars means Mitsubishi is only supplying parts for two cars per set and the manufactured lengths are 3, 4 or 5 cars per set according to the catalog and 4 cars per set are written on the project page.
