Observed on Keikyu rolling stock- speedometer dials (among others) with black faces, rather than the traditional white.

Imho they are the company, who actually bought Siemens VVVF control systems for their trains, so they seem to do things their own way. There was a recent episode about them in the Japan Railway Journal.
