Has this car been produced?

 

I doubt it, as I hadn't even heard of the Manyosen railway until today.

 

I generally don't care for wrapped trams, but rather like this one.

Amagi Models made a brass kit of the Toyama 7000 Series, but I believe no decals were produced for this train: http://amagi-model.ocnk.net/product/216 There is however somebody who has made this model in 3D and sucessfully printed it as well: http://tombi.fshiba.com/?pid=1 If someone is interested, I could try to contact him, as he also seems to be a classic T-Trak (路面モジュール) member.
