Anyone know any Japanese modelers who do custom work in HO?

I saw HS announcing these:

HO(1/80) J.N.R. CHIKI7000 with Rail Fixed Base

and ordered a couple of sets thinking of the attached photo.

Are there custom modelers in Japan who might be willing to backdate a Tenshodo Deki 600?
