The Hague PCC doing some multi-track drifting

Okay, it's not really multi-track drifting. It's just derailed.

Any idea why it derailed ?

I heard people saying on a Dutch forum that from the photos the flanges look very worn out.

Yes, the photo shows the place where it left the rails and a piece of asphalt looks a bit higher than the rail next to it. Normally the flanges keep the trams on the track and the wheels (and the track breaks) gradually wear down the asphalt bump. In this case the flange height and width seems to be a fraction of what is seen on normal cars.

I heard that a little Dutch boy put a Euro on the track, which slipped due to the BRexit !!!
